1. Multifunction. You can select to control the cylinder output force (corresponding to backrest durability test) or output displacement (corresponding to chair chassis backtilt mechanism durability test) through the touch screen.
2. In the selection of cylinder output force control mode, the force is the closed-loop control. It is composed of pull pressure sensor + force signal transmitter + MCU + gas-electric proportional valve + cylinder.
3. In selecting the cylinder output position mode, the displacement is controlled by moving the magnetic sensor attached to the cylinder surface.
4. The cylinder assembly can be installed along the frame and adjust the position and fixed, to meet the lateral endurance test of the seat back.5. Simple clip structure design, can realize single operation, without any special auxiliary tools.
