1. Adopt the 2-channel pneumatic closed-loop Scontroller control system developed by the factory, optional control cylinder output force or displacement, low pressure detection and breakpoint shutdown function, stop and power off memory function. Two channel cylinders can be synchronized or asynchronous working mode. 2. Touch screen input test parameters and output test results, display and track the value and curve of each force ~ time in real time. 3. In the selection of cylinder output force control mode, the force is the closed-loop control. That is, when the current value of the loading force reaches 95% of the set value (background setting), and the current value fluctuates within the set value ± 3%.(Standard requirement of ± 5%) 4. In the cylinder output position mode, the displacement is controlled by moving the magnetic sensor attached to the cylinder surface. |
