This tester is the steel ball falling in soft foam plastic or other flexible material sample, measuring instruments, the height of the rebound in the test project is mainly used for the determination of polyester elastic material because of the elastic energy in the coefficient of restitution. By microcomputer and photoelectric technology, electromagnetic control, digital tube display directly back to the weak coefficient values.
