Safety helmet impact resistance puncture tester(GW-374)
Instrument brief:
According to new China standard GB/T 2812-2006 safety helmet test method development, used to detect the helmet impact resistance performance test (hit) prevention and safety helmet puncture performance testing, a tester contains two kinds of test functions, widely used in the special labor protection articles, construction project supervision and inspection, construction science research institute testing station, electric power department and helmet production enterprises.

Technical specifications:
Impact hammer : in normal the weight is 5~5.01kg ,the head of hammer is a half-sphere,it's diameter is 96mm ,its composition is 45# steel.
Puncture cone: weight 3~3.05kg ,puncture part of the cone is Angle 60 °, cone tip have 1mm diameter, length of 40 mm, maximum diameter is 28mm.hardness HFRC45
The height of the falling hammer:1000mm adjustable.
Test system:adopt dynamic force sensor ,test range is 0~20KN,the frequency of the corresponding minimum 5 KHZ ,the full range is within the scope of plus or minus 2.0%, accurate to 1 n.
Equipped with 1 #, 2 # aluminum silicon alloy test for head each one (in accordance with GB/T 2812-2006, as stated in appendix A) .
Electromagnet release point can be adjusted according to need any up and down or so
Bench: by way of electromagnet automatic suction control suspension and release of drop hammer impact hammer, puncture.
Base: can have impact strength, strong force transducer installation
Piercing alarm device: when the puncture cone contact mode, the device will issue honking alarm flashing hint at the same time.
LED digital display, accurate to 1 n, automatically save the most significant value (optional touch screen control, shows a strength curve)
Special guide system can automatically guide impact point ensure the impact position is the center of the helmet.
